Kei Road is a town situated along the R63 Provincial Route in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa.
Kei Road is located 27.6 km north-east of Qonce (formerly known as King William’s Town) along the R63 road and 23.1 km south-east of Stutterheim.
The town was so named after its situation on the military road between King William’s Town (officially renamed Qonce) and the Kei River.
Kei Road falls within the Amahlathi Local Municipality and the Amathole District Municipality.
